The Psychiatric Society of Virginia's Fall meeting for 2023 is entitled “Promoting Resilience Through Innovation, Collaboration and Motivation." The presentations will inform the participants on innovative and collaborative ways to promote resilience. Participants will learn about 1) Supporting health and wellness among transgender Individuals, 2) collaborative approach to gender health and affirming care, 3) 21st century challenges to leadership analysis and psychiatry, 4) trauma and resilience, 5) Scope of Practice, 6) Telepsychiatry, and 7) Gun Violence.
