The Psychiatric Society of Virginia welcomes you to join us at our Annual Fall Meeting taking place October 23-24 at the Westfields Marriott in Chantilly, VA.  Combining elegant accommodations with an inspiring meeting venue, The Westfields Marriott offers convenient access in a retreat-like setting near the Dulles Expo Center, Dulles International Airport and a short drive from Downtown Washington, DC. The National Air and Space Museum, Virginia wineries and the Wolf Trap Center for Performing Arts are all within 10 miles of this premier Virginia getaway.

Our conference theme will be Integration of Care. It is an unprecedented event in that it is the first meeting to be jointly hosted by the Medical Society of Virginia, Washington Psychiatric Society and Psychiatric Society of Virginia.

One unique and exciting part of this conference is that it will be held concurrently with the Medical Society of Virginia’s Annual Meeting at the same venue.  Attendees will have the opportunity to attend MSV sessions and participate in their activities, including the MSV Foundation Gala on Saturday night.

The program will be moderated by Charles Curie, the former head of SAMHSA, and will host a number of experts in healthcare discussing their perspectives on the integration movement with an emphasis on the importance of behavioral and mental health.
