Job Requirements:	Flourish Health (www.flourish.health) is a telehealth clinic for young adults with serious mental illness (early psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar type I) and serious emotional disturbance (severe depressive disorders, etc). We provide adolescents with support from a comprehensive mental health team such that each patient gets care from a psychiatrist, a therapist, a mental health coach, an exercise trainer and a case manager/advocate. This fully staffed team allows you as the psychiatrist to focus on providing the best care possible while the rest of the team manages additional support and case work. This posting is for a part-time candidate.
Job Description:	Responsibilities: - Build strong rapport with patients - Conduct psychiatrist assessments to support diagnosis and treatment planning - Collaborate with therapist and other care team members to develop comprehensive treatment plan - Use evidence-based practice to provide individual treatment to adolescents and young adults with mental health needs Qualifications: - Fully trained psychiatrist - Current license by Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Medicine - Experience working with young adults - Willingness to engage in continued education Compensation & Support: - Hourly compensation $240-$280 - Warm colleagues dedicated to patient care and staff wellbeing. - Support and administrative team that handles administrative work, case management, patient and family psychosocial support so that you don't have to.
